Terms of use

Version 2026-10-26 · Last updated:

These terms govern the use of this website and its contact channels. They do not replace the proposal or contract under which a software development project may be hired.

This English version is provided for your convenience. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Document under review: some details about the data controller have not been provided yet and are marked as pending. The rest of the document describes the actual processing carried out by this site.

1. Site owner

This site belongs to [Pending: full legal name of the controller], trading as Sondercode, with its address at [Pending: address of the controller] (Cancún, Quintana Roo, Mexico). Contact: sondercodemx@gmail.com · WhatsApp +52 999 512 0097.

2. Acceptance

By using this site you accept these terms. To send a request through the form we also ask you to confirm this expressly. If you do not agree, do not use the site; you can write to us directly by email or WhatsApp.

3. What this site is

It is an informational site that presents Sondercode’s services (web development, ecommerce for clients, automations, custom systems and maintenance) and lets you request information or a quote.

Services are not sold or paid for on this site: there is no cart, payment gateway or online contracting.

4. Information about services, packages and prices

  • Packages describe reference scopes. Prices are shown in Mexican pesos (MXN), plus VAT (IVA), and are one-time payments unless stated otherwise.
  • “From” prices indicate the minimum amount for the package’s base scope; the final amount depends on the scope agreed.
  • Promotions apply under the terms and for the period stated on the site.
  • Each engagement is defined in an individual proposal or agreement detailing scope, deliverables, timelines, price, payment method and other conditions. If your project matches the published scope, we will honor the price and conditions published on the date of your request.
  • Published timelines are indicative; the final timeline is set in the proposal.

We try to keep the information accurate and up to date. If we detect an obvious error, we will correct it and let you know before any engagement.

5. Requests and communications

  • Sending a request does not create a contract or oblige either party to sign one.
  • Please make sure the information you send is truthful and that you are entitled to share it.
  • Do not send passwords, bank details, sensitive personal data or trade secrets through the form. If confidential information needs to be shared, we can sign a non-disclosure agreement first.
  • The ideas and information about your project remain yours. Sondercode only uses them to assess your request and prepare a proposal.
  • We aim to reply within a few business days, but response times may vary.

6. Hiring services

The conditions of each project (scope, deliverables, timelines, payments and deposits, changes, cancellation, refunds, warranties, intellectual property of deliverables, confidentiality and support) are set out in the corresponding proposal or contract, which prevails over the general information on this site.

Nothing in these terms or in the proposal limits the rights the law grants you as a consumer, including, where applicable, Mexico’s Federal Consumer Protection Law.

7. Intellectual property

The texts, design, code, brand and trade name Sondercode belong to their owner. Some assets, such as photographs and typefaces (Geist, under the SIL Open Font License), belong to third parties and are used under their licenses.

You may browse the site and share links to it. Copying, modifying or commercially exploiting its content without prior written permission is not allowed, except where the law permits it.

8. Permitted use

You agree to use the site lawfully. In particular, you may not:

  • Send spam or unlawful or offensive content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
  • Impersonate another person or send third parties’ data without authorization.
  • Try to bypass the anti-bot check, submission limits or other security measures.
  • Introduce malicious code, overload the site or access its systems without authorization.

We may ignore or block requests that break these rules.

9. Third-party links and services

The site includes links to third-party services (for example, WhatsApp or your email program) and uses Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the form. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.

10. Availability and liability

We try to keep the site available and working properly, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. The information on the site is general and is not technical, legal or tax advice for your particular case.

To the extent permitted by law, Sondercode is not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site. This limitation does not apply where the law does not allow liability to be excluded, for example in cases of willful misconduct or of non-waivable consumer rights.

11. Personal data

How we process your data is explained in the Privacy notice and the Cookie policy.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version and its date are shown on this page; changes do not affect requests already sent or contracts already signed.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of Sondercode’s domicile, without prejudice to consumers’ right to go to the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO) or to the courts that correspond to them by law.

14. Contact

For questions about these terms, write to sondercodemx@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +52 999 512 0097.
